Purple is hiring a full-time Production Laborer to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, perform changeovers, inspect products, maintain production flow, and train and evaluate production operators. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, can include manufacturing processing or assembly experience, and involves 12-hour shifts, approximately 30–40 hours per week, and possible overtime. Compensation targets $25.50, with medical, dental, vision, retirement matching, paid time off, and other benefits.
