Berea College is hiring a Work College Initiatives Coordinator to split time between project management and coordination for cross-functional Work College and Academic Affairs initiatives and leading the MoneyWi$e student financial wellness program. The role manages timelines, documentation, partnerships, data evaluation, financial literacy programming, peer counselor recruitment and supervision, student mentoring, and educational resources, while requiring a bachelor's degree, strong communication and organization, project management and data analysis abilities, technology proficiency, a valid driver's license, and background checks.
