Douglas County Public Works is hiring a full-time, onsite Work Crew Supervisor to supervise up to 15 adult offenders performing community service, train them in forestry and landscaping, maintain order and discipline, prepare work crews and equipment, complete reports, and coordinate community work projects with public and nonprofit agencies. The role requires a valid Oregon driver's license, trailer-pulling ability, regular attendance, and the ability to safely operate power equipment; benefits include medical, vision, dental, long-term disability, basic life coverage, and county-paid PERS retirement after waiting periods.
