Description
Akademie Sonnenwinkel offers an 18-month work-integrated training program for Social Pedagogical Assistants, starting in August 2027. Applicants may choose the SPA pathway, with practical placement in a kindergarten or childcare center, or the SPA+ pathway, with practical placement in a residential child and youth welfare setting. The program combines classroom instruction with educational practice and leads to state recognition as a Social Pedagogical Assistant, with SPA+ also providing additional residential educational support qualification. Requirements include one of three specified qualifications, German language skills at least at B1 level, being at least 18 years old, a suitable practical placement, and willingness to work with children or young people.
