Circet is hiring a Work Planner to prepare and coordinate fiber-optic network construction. The role schedules technicians, prepares site surveys, orders materials, manages inventory, supports the project manager, applies for permits, checks completed work, and monitors client KPIs. Candidates need MBO level 4 or HBO-level working and thinking ability, VCA and Safe Working Alongside the Road certificates or willingness to obtain them, strong stakeholder management, technical knowledge, organizational insight, planning ability, responsibility, and accuracy.
