The employer is hiring a Senior Work Planner for a client in the Utrecht region to prepare cable, pipeline, and energy infrastructure projects from preparation through handover. The role covers project scheduling, permits and documentation, procurement, equipment deployment, stakeholder coordination, risk and opportunity management, budget and progress monitoring, additional-work processing, and mentoring junior and mid-level colleagues. Candidates need an MBO+ or HBO qualification in civil, infrastructure, or electrical engineering, at least seven years of work-planning experience in infrastructure, and experience with cables, pipelines, energy networks, or utilities.
