Description
The Ventilation Technology Work Planner prepares ventilation systems for residential and commercial construction projects in and around Amsterdam, coordinating technical designs, BIM models, calculations, schedules, materials, and services. The role supports project managers and installation supervisors, processes additional or reduced work, and maintains contact with contractors and other project parties. It requires MBO+ or HBO-level ability, preferably in mechanical or building services engineering, at least two years of relevant experience, and strong technical, organizational, digital, and communication skills. The position is full-time, pays approximately €3,500 to €4,500 gross per month, and includes vacation days, a pension plan, flexible hours, and development opportunities.
