Description
The employer is hiring a Medior Civil Engineering Work Planner to prepare civil engineering and area development projects for execution in and around Rotterdam. The role coordinates planning, budgets, contracts, permits, investigations, technical documentation, and work plans; manages risks and bottlenecks; and ensures a smooth handover from preparation to execution. Candidates need a completed MBO or HBO qualification in civil engineering, infrastructure, or a comparable field, at least 2–4 years of relevant work-planner experience in the GWW sector, knowledge of RAW specifications, UAV-GC, and SSK cost estimates, strong analytical and planning skills, and good Dutch.
