Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Rotterdam is hiring Work Planners for commercial and residential construction projects. The role involves project planning, progress monitoring, cost control, material purchasing, supplier and subcontractor coordination, BIM model coordination, work instruction creation, scheduling, and quality, safety, and progress monitoring. Candidates need a completed MBO, HBO, or WO qualification in Construction Engineering or a comparable field, at least three years of experience as a work planner, strong organizational and communication skills, BIM experience, and availability for 32–40 hours per week. The position offers a permanent contract after a two-month probationary period and a gross monthly salary of €4,291–€6,256 for a medior profile or €5,005–€7,049 for a senior profile.
