Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Amsterdam is hiring a Work Planner to support the project manager on large residential and commercial construction projects in the Amsterdam region. The role coordinates architectural, structural, and building services; uses BIM, drawings, models, and schedules; prepares procurement and production-ready drawings; monitors financial progress; and translates stakeholder input into a clear work plan for the construction team. The position is based from the Amsterdam office or a project-site office and offers a permanent contract with a gross monthly salary of €4,291.63–€6,256.72 for a medior profile or €5,005.37–€7,049.76 for a senior profile.
