Dura Vermeer Bouw en Vastgoed Den Bosch is hiring a Work Planner to coordinate residential construction projects from permit approval through procurement, subcontractor coordination, BIM model coordination, schedule and drawing preparation, and financial monitoring. The role works with project managers, estimators, site managers, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers, and requires an MBO or HBO qualification in a construction-related field plus relevant Work Planner or BIM Engineer experience. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €4,291 to €5,364 based on 40 hours, plus leave, insurance, pension, training, and other benefits.
