Konvert is hiring a Work Planner for a dairy-processing client in the Aalter region. The role prepares detailed work and maintenance plans, orders and follows up on materials and parts, coordinates with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, procurement and other departments, analyzes technical plans, manages maintenance projects, identifies efficiency and cost improvements, and manages inventory with the warehouse manager. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience, knowledge of work planning and maintenance processes, and strong communication and teamwork skills.
