Nieuwenhuis Bouw is hiring an experienced Work Planner in Rijssen to support commercial construction projects from client engagement through execution. The role involves technical solutions, engineering and BIM work, material ordering, subcontractor coordination, scheduling, cost estimates, risk identification, project administration, and coordination with clients, project managers, and construction teams. Candidates need an MBO or HBO diploma in Construction Engineering, several years of comparable experience, strong organizational skills, knowledge of 3D engineering and construction software, and a driver's license. The position offers a full-time workweek and a gross monthly compensation range of €4,000–€5,250, including UTA and DI budgets, plus pension and other benefits.
