Description
The Work Planner serves as the main technical contact for customers and colleagues on construction projects, working both in the office and on construction sites. The role prepares anchor plans and calculations, advises on airtight construction and structural solutions, develops proposals and quotes, monitors projects from start to finish, and explains material use to site managers. It requires an Mbo+ Construction Engineering diploma or demonstrable work-planner experience, familiarity with building regulations, strong planning and communication skills, and availability for 32 to 40 hours per week.
