We ARE Renewables is seeking a self-employed work planner/maintenance operator specializing in offshore wind industry operations. This role involves planning, reviewing, and executing various tasks such as writing work instructions, managing permits, drafting cost estimates, preparing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements like DBFM. The ideal candidate will possess strong independent working capabilities, demonstrate commitment over several years, preferably since 2025, and ideally reside in the northern part of the Netherlands due to proximity to the work site.
