Description
The Work Planner/Estimator will translate technical requests into estimates, material selections, drawings, specifications, and work schedules for mechanical and electrical installation projects. The role covers quotations through handover, procurement, coordination with site supervisors and technicians, customer communication, and process improvement. Candidates need MBO+/HBO-level knowledge, preferably in mechanical engineering, installation technology, or construction, at least three years of relevant experience, knowledge of installation systems and estimating software, and strong communication skills. The position is based in the Hoofddorp area and offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€5,000, vacation and pension benefits, training, and career advancement opportunities.
