The employer is seeking a Work Planner / Process Engineer for a long-term, initially temporary employee-leasing engagement at its Augsburg site. The role covers work-plan creation and adaptation, SAP master-data maintenance, industrialization, configuration validation across SAP, PLM, and eCAIR, change management, line balancing, and costing or bid calculations. Candidates need a mechanical or technical bachelor's degree or equivalent, relevant experience, assembly and industrial-engineering knowledge, SAP production-planning experience, and German and English skills; CATIA V5 and AI affinity are advantageous.
