The employer is hiring a Work Preparation Coordinator in Tielt to prepare technical maintenance and repair work, create work instructions, analyze requests, arrange spare parts, manage the technical warehouse, process work orders, and coordinate with the technical manager and technicians. The role requires a technical education or equivalent engineering experience, fluent Dutch, good English, technical-plan reading ability, and willingness to work two shifts; knowledge of a maintenance system or AutoCAD is a plus.
