HOCHTIEF Infrastructure is hiring a Work Preparation Coordinator / Schedule Planner for the “Fördeklinikum St. Katharina” project in Flensburg. The role manages earthwork, structural, and building-envelope schedules; compares targets to actuals; integrates Lean and Last Planner System practices; develops site setup and logistics; implements BIM use cases; and supports the IPA project team. Candidates need a degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a comparable qualification, experience with turnkey above-ground construction work preparation, Powerproject knowledge, and Lean Construction and Last Planner System experience. The position offers an unlimited-term contract, project premiums, training opportunities, and mobile work options.
