Description
The Work Preparation Engineer prepares and coordinates technical projects from engineering through production and assembly, ensuring schedules, materials, documentation, and information are available on time. The role monitors progress, resolves bottlenecks, supports project management, and contributes practical solutions for structural and mechanical projects. It requires a completed technical education at MBO or HBO level, prior experience in a comparable technical role, technical drawing knowledge, and strong organizational and communication skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,500–€4,500, hybrid working, vacation and holiday benefits, training, pension, and travel reimbursement.
