Description
The Installation Technology Work Preparation Engineer prepares and monitors technical and organizational project work for ventilation and climate-control systems in commercial buildings, industry, data centers, and healthcare. The role coordinates schedules, drawings, suppliers, technicians, clients, and project managers; identifies bottlenecks; and supports project execution. It requires MBO-level technical ability, several years of Work Preparation Engineer experience, installation technology experience, strong communication, and a structured, solution-oriented approach. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,200–€4,000, a 39-hour workweek, vacation and holiday allowances, travel reimbursement, and a pension plan.
