Description
The employer is hiring a Work Preparation Engineer to support project management for dynamic traffic management and smart infrastructure projects in the Netherlands, including tunnels, bridges, and highways. The role prepares and coordinates DVM projects, monitors schedules and project files, coordinates suppliers and technical installations, identifies bottlenecks, and supports reporting and progress monitoring. Candidates need an HBO-level background in electrical, mechanical, or a similar engineering field, approximately two years of work-preparation or technical coordination experience, and strong planning, organizational, communication, and team skills. The position offers a gross monthly salary of €3,540–€3,700, a company car, phone, laptop, vacation and ATV days, and training toward project leadership or project management.
