Precona is hiring a Work Preparation Engineer to prepare projects technically and organizationally in a production environment. The role involves preparing material and labor requirements, processing technical drawings, creating production documentation, coordinating production schedules and outsourced work, monitoring delivery times, supporting purchasing, and resolving bottlenecks. Candidates should have completed technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, production experience, knowledge of process components and piping in the food industry, Excel and ERP skills, CAD experience, and Dutch and English proficiency. The position offers a full-time salary of €3,500–€5,100 plus an 8% annual holiday allowance and other benefits.
