Description
The Work Preparation Technician / Production Team Leader serves as the link between design and the shop floor, preparing machines, materials, and orders for smooth production. The role also manages the department daily by creating schedules, coordinating work, and supporting the team in delivering performance and quality. Candidates need a technical bachelor's or associate degree, CAD familiarity, production planning and inventory management experience, preferably NC programming, and team-leader communication and coordination skills.
