Description
AEP is hiring Work Scheduling Assistant roles to assign jobs to line servicer personnel, develop technician and line servicer appointment schedules, communicate with customers, support scheduling policies, assist with outage management, and provide administrative support. The Associate level requires at least nine months of post-high school experience and pays $18.87–$23.59 per hour; the Assistant level requires at least three years of post-high school experience and pays $22.13–$27.67 per hour. Both roles may require overtime, call-out overtime, shift work, and 10–25% travel.
