Silae is hiring a Salesforce Sales Operations Specialist to improve sales processes, support sales representatives, maintain Salesforce data quality, produce sales performance reports, and lead cross-functional projects. The role requires experience in consulting, sales operations, Salesforce administration, or startups; knowledge of Salesforce or another CRM; strong Excel skills; and interest in sales, marketing, AI, and data tools. The position offers remote work, a base salary plus profit-sharing, meal vouchers, health insurance, paid leave, and additional RTT days.
