Altarea Commerce is hiring a Management Controller – M/F (Alternant/internship apprenticeship) for its Local Rent Control & Reporting team. The role reviews mandates, leases, and fees; monitors billing and fee collection; analyzes lease billing; prepares quarterly and weekly financial reports; implements internal processes; sets KPIs and reports; and coordinates with service teams, Finance, and IT. The apprenticeship schedule for the 2026 intake is either 2–3 weeks at the company and 1 week at school, or 4 days at the company and 1 day at school, for one or two years. A higher education background at License or Master’s Level 1, strong numerical and analytical ability, strong Excel and PowerPoint proficiency, teamwork, and attention to detail are required or strongly valued.
