ChapsVision is hiring a work-study student to structure, industrialize, and promote AI use in R&D. The role identifies high-impact AI use cases, experiments with generative AI and automation, measures productivity and quality gains, creates shared knowledge and tools, documents best practices, and supports teams through workshops and guides. The position requires an engineering degree or equivalent BAC+4/BAC+5, knowledge of generative AI and development or data tools, and familiarity with Python, ML frameworks, Docker, and Kubernetes. It offers remote work up to three days per week and other benefits.
