ACADEMEE is seeking a Baker (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves preparing bread and viennoiserie doughs, shaping and baking bakery products, managing fermentation and kneading, applying hygiene and traceability rules, and maintaining product quality and workspace cleanliness. Candidates must master basic baking techniques, have good interpersonal skills, teamwork, and attention to quality, and be eligible for an apprenticeship by being between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France. The position is available immediately, requires no training fees, and is open to people with disabilities.
