Description
ACADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company to prepare Côté Sushi recipes, cook rice and signature soups, learn fish, fruit, and vegetable preparation, assist with sauces, and receive training in hygiene, maintenance, and quality-control standards. This is an immediate work-study apprenticeship open to candidates aged 16–29 who are authorized to work in France, with no training fees and opportunities for internal career development within the ETLB Group.
