ACADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves assisting the head chef and cooks with ingredient preparation and dish preparation, setting up the kitchen, managing inventory, learning cooking, plating, and food presentation techniques, maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment, and contributing to culinary innovation. The position is available immediately, is open to people with disabilities, and requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, elite athletes, and people with business creation or takeover projects.
