ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for an apprenticeship contract with its partner company. The role supports the head chef and cooks by preparing ingredients and dishes, setting up the kitchen, managing inventory, learning cooking and plating techniques, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to culinary innovation. The work-study opportunity is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and offers state-recognized Culinary Arts diploma training without fees.
