ACADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves preparing ingredients and side dishes, cooking breaded chicken and shrimp, plating Thai dishes and desserts, maintaining workstations and equipment, and receiving and storing goods while maintaining the cold chain. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for higher-level diploma apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, and people with business creation or takeover projects.
