Description
ACADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant to work with a partner company in a work-study apprenticeship. The role involves assisting the head chef and cooks with ingredient and dish preparation, setting up the kitchen, managing inventory, learning cooking and food-presentation techniques, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and contributing to culinary innovation. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for certain higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, and people pursuing business creation or takeover projects. The position is available immediately, training is free, and candidates must be interested in pursuing ACADEMEE training.
