Description
ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role prepares and cuts ingredients for Senegalese specialties, cooks West African dishes, plates food, receives and stores deliveries, and applies HACCP hygiene standards. Candidates need cutting skills, kitchen experience, knowledge or interest in West African cuisine, teamwork, adaptability, and food-hygiene rigor. The work-study position starts in September, is open to people with disabilities, and requires apprenticeship eligibility, including age 16–29 and authorization to work in France.
