Description
ACADEMEE is seeking an apprentice kitchen assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves executing Côté Sushi recipes, cooking rice and soups, learning to cut fish, fruit, and vegetables, preparing homemade sauces, and complying with hygiene and quality-control standards. Candidates must be motivated for food service and culinary training, have team spirit and communication skills, and follow food hygiene rules. The work-study position starts in September, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and is open to people with disabilities.
