ACADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves assisting the head chef and cooks with ingredient and dish preparation, kitchen setup, inventory management, cooking, plating, food presentation, hygiene, and culinary innovation. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions for higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or people with business creation or takeover projects. The opportunity is available immediately, is open to people with disabilities, and includes work-study coaching; candidates are not charged fees for the training.
