CADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant to prepare Côté Sushi recipes, cook rice and signature soups, learn fish, fruit, and vegetable preparation, assist with sauces, and receive training in hygiene, maintenance, and quality-control standards. This work-study apprenticeship is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and includes on-site dining, health insurance, public-transportation contributions, and internal career advancement opportunities.
