Description
ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for an apprenticeship contract with its partner company. The role involves preparing and cooking sushi, handling raw fish and Japanese products, maintaining HACCP-compliant workstations, setting up and replenishing service areas, packaging takeout and delivery orders, and cleaning the kitchen. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, and people with business creation or takeover projects. The position is available immediately, is a work-study opportunity, and candidates are not charged fees.
