Description
ACADEMEE is seeking a culinary apprentice for its partner company to execute recipes, cook rice and signature soups, learn fish, fruit, and vegetable preparation, prepare sauces, and follow hygiene, maintenance, and quality-control standards. The work-study apprenticeship is available immediately, costs nothing for candidates, and requires applicants to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions for higher-level diploma apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or people with business creation or takeover projects.
