Description
ACADEMEE is seeking a Kitchen Assistant for an apprenticeship contract with its partner company. The role prepares sushi and other products, follows brand standards and HACCP rules, manages recipes, stock, use-by dates, and kitchen cleanliness, and requires commercial awareness, customer focus, teamwork, and hygiene knowledge. The work-study position is available immediately, costs nothing for candidates, and is open to people with disabilities; applicants must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions for higher-level apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or business creation or takeover projects.
