ACADEMEE is seeking an Apprentice Kitchen Assistant (M/F) for its partner company. The role involves preparing and cutting ingredients, assisting with hot and cold dishes, receiving deliveries, checking use-by dates, cleaning and disinfecting workstations under HACCP standards, and participating in service and daily tasks. Candidates must be motivated to learn cooking, thorough with food hygiene, and organized; the position is available immediately, is a work-study apprenticeship with no training costs, and is open to people with disabilities subject to French apprenticeship eligibility requirements.
