Description
The role is responsible for identifying land opportunities for future real-estate projects, building relationships with stakeholders, developing feasibility, regulatory, technical, commercial, financial, administrative, and legal studies, negotiating legal agreements, structuring projects, and preparing documentation for engagement-committee reviews. The position reports to the Director and/or Head of Development and requires higher education in engineering, business, or university studies, along with strong relationship-building, organizational, and entrepreneurial skills.
