STUDI is seeking an Assistant Manager for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves opening and closing the restaurant, organizing operations in the manager’s absence, overseeing orders and product quality, supervising and motivating the team, managing schedules and inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction and hygiene compliance. The position is available immediately, is open to people with disabilities, and requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for certain apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, and people with business creation or takeover projects.
