STUDI is seeking an Assistant Manager (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The work-study position begins with restaurant operational duties and progresses to supporting team management and point-of-sale management. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, taking orders and processing payments, participating in kitchen production, maintaining work areas, following food hygiene and safety standards, organizing service, monitoring quality and customer satisfaction, managing inventory, and supporting the restaurant manager. The role requires customer-service orientation, adaptability, organizational skills, and a willingness to learn; it is available immediately, requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, and offers fee-free training.
