Description
STUDI is seeking an Assistant Manager for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role assists the manager in supervising dining-room and kitchen operations, co-leads and supervises a multidisciplinary team, monitors KPIs and stock variances, ensures compliance with brand processes and hygiene and safety standards, and supports customer experience. The position requires initial team-management experience, performance-management ability, leadership and communication skills, operational rigor, stress management, and food-safety knowledge. It is available immediately, is open to people with disabilities, and requires candidates to be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with possible exceptions.
