STUDI is seeking an ASSISTANT MANAGER (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role supervises restaurant opening and closing, manages cash registers and receipts, orders raw materials, conducts stock inventories, onboards and trains new team members, and leads staff during rush periods. The position requires leadership, HACCP compliance, stress management, and organizational skills, and is available immediately for candidates aged 16–29 authorized to work in France.
