STUDI is seeking an Assistant Manager (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role supports restaurant service quality and compliance, team organization, payments, customer satisfaction, inventory management, ordering, opening and closing procedures, and performance monitoring. Candidates must be interested in the restaurant industry and customer service, be between 16 and 29 years old, and be authorized to work in France, with exceptions for higher-level diploma apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, and people with business creation or takeover projects.
