STUDI is recruiting an Assistant Restaurant Manager (M/F) for an apprenticeship contract with a partner company. The role coordinates service teams, supervises customer reception and payments, enforces HACCP hygiene and safety standards, manages inventory and supplier orders, and oversees service quality on partner delivery platforms. Candidates must be between 16 and 29 years old and authorized to work in France, with exceptions for higher-level diploma apprentices, workers with disabilities, high-level athletes, or people with business creation or takeover projects. The work-study position is available immediately, requires no training fees, and is open to people with disabilities.
