STUDI is seeking a Corporate Lawyer (M/F) for its partner company under an apprenticeship contract. The role involves analyzing and drafting HVAC installation contracts, advising operational teams on HVAC regulations, managing pre-litigation matters and third-party disputes, monitoring the energy sector, and validating legal compliance of tenders and contracts. The position is available immediately, requires an apprenticeship, and is open to candidates between 16 and 29 years old who are authorized to work in France, with exceptions for certain higher-level qualification apprentices, people with disabilities, high-level athletes, and business creation or takeover project participants.
